How To Use Step Patterns As An Approach And Delivery Variable
This module takes you through an overview of step patterns. Principles related to your steps center around several concepts: the type of steps you take (heel-to-toe or shuffle-type steps); length of your stride; speed, timing, and rhythm of your steps; the number of steps taken; and the direction of your steps.
Your steps should be one continuous movement from the time the first step is taken until the slide at the foul line.
